One pack contains two eye patches. They are made out of thin pulp or cotton sheets. Eye Masks are fantastic way to temporarily plump up, smooth out and sometimes brighten up the skin around eyes. But their result will last only a day or two. But they make your eyes look refreshed. I applied them to my clean under-eye area, smooth them down for 20 minutes. It adheres nicely to the skin.
